Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of dropalerts.net and our Telegram channels ("the service"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
We publish automated alerts about publicly-available product information from a curated set of merchants. Alerts are delivered via Telegram channels and are free to receive.
Alerts are informational only
Alerts are provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or continued availability of products mentioned. Specifically:
- A product shown "in stock" in an alert may sell out before you complete a purchase — often within minutes or seconds for popular items.
- Prices may change between the moment an alert is generated and the moment you click through.
- Our scraping may occasionally misread merchant data, producing false positives or missing real changes.
- Merchant links occasionally break, redirect, or lead to removed products.
You use alerts at your own risk. We don't guarantee you'll save money, find what you're looking for, or successfully complete any purchase.
We're not responsible for merchant behavior
We don't control the merchants we monitor. We're not responsible for:
- Merchant pricing decisions, sale mechanics, or inventory policies
- Shipping delays, defective products, or refund policies
- Customer service provided (or not provided) by merchants
- Any dispute, loss, or damages arising from transactions with merchants
Your relationship is between you and the merchant. We're a third-party notification service.
Affiliate relationships
Most alert posts contain affiliate links. When you click a link and complete a purchase, we may receive a commission from the merchant. This doesn't change the price you pay.

Your conduct
You agree not to:
- Automate bulk access to the service or redistribute alerts in a way that circumvents our channel
- Use alerts to conduct fraud, wash-trading, or other illegal activity
- Attempt to disrupt, abuse, or probe the service or our infrastructure
- Harass other subscribers via our channels (if comment features are enabled)
Termination
We may change, suspend, or terminate the service at any time, including without notice. We may remove specific subscribers for abuse of the service. You can leave any channel at any time via Telegram.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you, for any cause whatsoever, is limited to $0 (reflecting that the service is provided free of charge).
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Significant changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
