dropalerts.net ("we", "us") operates Telegram channels that publish deal alerts. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Short version
We don't collect personal data directly. Subscribers interact with our Telegram channels, and the subscriber relationship is managed by Telegram. We don't run email signups, user accounts, or cross-site trackers on this website.
What we collect via this website
- Anonymous analytics: basic aggregate statistics about visitor counts and page views, collected via Cloudflare's built-in analytics. This data is not tied to individual identities and is not sold or shared.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) retains standard server logs including IP addresses and request timestamps for a limited period, for operational and security purposes.
We do not use third-party tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or behavioral profiling tools.
What we collect via Telegram
When you join one of our Telegram channels, Telegram's own privacy policy governs what information Telegram collects from you. We (the channel operators) can see aggregate subscriber counts but do not have access to individual subscribers' phone numbers, contact lists, or private messages.
If you send a direct message to our bot, the message content is visible to us. We do not retain these messages beyond what's necessary to respond, and we do not share their content with third parties.
Affiliate links
Alert posts contain affiliate links. When you click one, the destination merchant and the affiliate network (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, Refersion) may set cookies or record referral information to attribute any resulting purchase to us. This tracking happens on the merchant's side, not ours, and is subject to their respective privacy policies.
Data we do not collect
- Email addresses (we don't have a newsletter)
- Names or account information (no user accounts exist)
- Payment information (we never handle payments)
- Location data beyond what's in standard server logs
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect (for example, if we introduce an email subscription in the future), we'll update this page and note the change at the top. The effective date above will change accordingly.
